That time Mr Raj gopal lyer was my cluster manager. I still remember the day when I was completing my probation period and Adhiraj and Mr lyer were on the floor(airport), and shop lifting happened. I was so scared and felt like I would lose my job. And then Mr lyer said, we are in the retail business shop lifting will happen. Did you get your SOP maintained like John? It gives Immense Pleasure and Delight to mention about the Turn around Performance of all East Stores Just in Q3 their average Sale Target Achievement used to be around 65%, just check in below table month on Month progress which these stores have made. Generally, Rajarhat was the only one which used to perform, but in Q4 of last Financial Year every store started improving month on month, Last Month their Overall Target achievement is 140%. Every Store has Over achieved its Target 6 Turning Around one store is something i have heard of, but complete change in performance for all stores is something unheard of.
